Matt Simms

Matt first joined Audience Systems as part of our Production team, working on our chair line. A few months later, he joined our Aftersales department in a Sales Support role, helping to co-ordinate parts and servicing for our customers. With experience of physically assembling our products and knowledge of what it takes to deliver aftersales projects, Matt then moved into a technical sales role.

On a day to day basis, Matt works with our customers to ensure their seating is well maintained, offering parts, servicing and refurbishments.

Matt says, “I really enjoy the challenge of the role and how different every aftersales job is! It’s great to be out on the road from time to time visiting some of the really impressive venues we work with and helping them out with solutions and ideas. We also have a great team in Aftersales; we all get on and everybody pitches in to get the work done.”

Outside work, Matt’s a keen cook who loves to try out a new recipe. He also enjoys working with cars and the occasional terrible round of golf.
