Modern Slavery Statement – Audience Systems Ltd
Organisation Structure and Supply Chain
Audience Systems is part of the Kotobuki Group, a global group of seating companies headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.
Audience Systems’ manufacturing facility and headquarters are in Westbury, UK where the majority of employees are based. We have some remote workers (site installation engineers & sales managers) who are based in the UK and Europe. Occasionally, at times of high demand, we source additional labour through vetted agencies, all of whom are required to sign our agency agreement.
Our supply chain is predominantly based in the UK, with many of our suppliers being in the local area. A small percentage of our parts are sourced from overseas, most of these through other companies within the Kotobuki Group.
