In the coastal city of Geelong in Victoria, Australia, this newly built conference centre has  3,700 square meters exhibition space, as well as this impressive 1,000 seat theatre.

The 18-row retractable seating system was manufactured by Audience Systems and installed by our Australian partners Maxwood Technology. It is winged at the sides to give exceptional sightlines to the stage, even at row ends. The whole retractable system closes as one, at the touch of a single button, with the chairs folding down automatically.

The comfortable Espace T seats are fitted with folding writing tablets, and are upholstered in an eco-wool fabric, manufactured in a way that reduces energy and water use.

In front of the seating bank, extra removable Espace T seats can be laid out if required, giving those seated at floor level the same degree of comfort as those on the retractable tiering.
