This Grade II listed building, originally built in 1881, has recently been returned to its former beauty. In the main hall, the balcony has been restored and retractable and fixed seating added. In addition, a new studio theatre and cinema space has been created.
The retractable seating in the main hall is mobile – meaning it can be wheeled out of the space once closed, freeing up the hall for functions of all kinds. It’s an impressive auditorium, seating up to 548 people,
In the 54 seat cinema space, thick seat foams and cupholders create a movie-ready auditorium that can also be used for presentations or small productions.
