While Audience Systems is a brand recognised worldwide, we still manufacture right here in the UK. Designed and Built to British/European Standards: While we can (and do) also build our seating systems to other international standards, we undertake upwards of 50 UK projects per year, We have vast amounts of experience designing and installing fixed and retractable seating to UK standards and legislation. With British standards generally being aligned to European standards, this is a big plus for our customers on the continent too.

Local Service: We’re in your timezone, speaking your language. Our UK-based project managers can visit your site in person to meet you and conduct the site survey. And particularly when the seating is part of a complex refurbishment or building project, circumstances on site do change. We can be that bit more flexible when we’re on your doorstop.

Responsive Aftersales Team: We’re here for the lifetime of your seating. Our aftersales team has engineers based across the UK. You have the peace of mind that we can respond quickly to a call out if you ever experience an issue with your seating.

Sustainability: We ourselves source locally wherever possible, which has sustainability benefits for all our customers worldwide. But retractable seating is typically dispatched from our factory as a kit of quite sizeable subassemblies (Our beams for example can be around 6m long). If you’re based in the UK, there is of course no international shipping to consider. So choosing us as a supplier is an easy win for your carbon footprint as well as your budget.
