Whether new build, refit or renovation, our best results come from working with clients, consultants and architects at the earliest stage of a project – helping them to design a venue with optimum sightlines and seating layout in mind. We can assist with technical expertise, engineering studies, CAD drawings, specifications and layouts.
Our detailed illustrated quotations will show you exactly what is and isn’t included. We can also provide specifiers with full specifications in Word format.
At installation phase, you will be allocated a dedicated, specialist project manager to co-ordinate the installation and serve as a single point of contact. We don’t draft in engineers or sales managers to manage projects!
Unique in its size and scope, our Servicing department offers annual maintenance, spare parts, telephone assistance and call-out to deal with any emergencies. Our after sales operation is a key part of our business, and maintaining existing clients’ seating always takes high priority.
