Factory Tour
We produce around 46,000 chairs and 2,400 seat platforms every year at our manufacturing facility in Westbury, UK. From welding, powder coating and fabrication of components for our TX Telescopic Platform System, to upholstery and assembly of our chairs, we are able to fulfil the full spectrum of seating manufacture under one roof.
We continue to invest in modern technology and automation to improve quality and efficiency to the benefit of all our customers. Our latest investments include a robotic welder, which is now used to produce many of our parts with great accuracy and speed, and a robotic cutter for the woodshop, which can cut timber in even the most complex three dimensional curves directly from engineering drawings.
The Westbury site is also home to our showroom and all our office-based staff, including our in-house design team.
We have a team of field-based sales consultants based around the UK, as well a network of international dealers to serve our overseas customers. Our seating installation teams also operate worldwide.
