To our clients, our ability to smoothly project manage seating installations and deliver on time and budget is as important as the quality of the seating itself.
From the time an order is placed, each customer is allocated a dedicated project manager from our five-strong team to see them right through to completion of their project. Our Project Managers and site supervisors are only too familiar with working to strict event deadlines at major venues and theatres and holiday dates in schools.
We work to the strictest standards for site health and safety - for specific details on this, please see below.
On completion, we offer full training for venue staff, enabling them to operate our seating safely, quickly and efficiently. We can organise additional training for your staff if required. We also issue a bespoke Operation and Maintenance manual for every project.
Like any major mechanical system, all retractable seating systems require regular servicing and maintenance to ensure ongoing safe and smooth operation. Audience Systems is unique in having a dedicated service and spares department offering a full programme of after sales support. For more information, click here.
On site, we often receive compliments for the professionalism and courtesy of our installation supervisors and crews. Just a few customer comments are shown here.
“The installation went very smoothly indeed - your engineers were most efficient and very pleasant to have onsite. The seating looks terrific and has transformed that space - we can’t wait to get our first production underway.”
Paul Johnston, Bursar, The Skinners’ School, Tunbridge Wells
“Audience Systems are fantastic as one of our main contractors, always professional. Keep up the great service.”
